Bristol January Run Fit & Core

Designed to get you running, fat burning and having fun with a group of like minded people, led by experienced, supportive coaches. Sessions are a mix of running, HIIT (High Intensity Training), Core Strength and Stretching. Ideal for those training for 10km races in Spring.


Suitable for women and men who are happy running/jogging for around 20mins, and have a basic level of fitness.

Course will be limited to 6 people

Please make sure you have reflective outer layers, gloves, hat, breathable kit, plus decent trainers and sports bra (as appropriate!) Make sure you bring any medical notes and a point of contact with you, as well as completing the forms.
