Bristol Late Summer Run Fit & Core

4 Week Summer Run & Core Course 

Tuesday 27th August - 17th September, 6.30pm - 7.15pm, Bristol Downs

Designed to get you running, fat burning and having fun with a group of like minded people, led by experienced, supportive coaches. Sessions are a mix of running, HIIT (High Intensity Training), Core Strength and Stretching. Ideal for those training for Autumn 10km races like the Bristol Half 15th September.
