Bristol October Strength Course

4 Week Strength & Core course, blending Kettlebells, Alpha Bags, Plyometrics and Boxing.... Fun, Focused Fat Burn

Small group training to give you maximum results using lots of specialist kit including Kettlebells, Alpha Bags, Boxing, Speed Hurdles, Shutes and much more - designed to increase your strength, burn fat and super strong body confidence.

All sessions will be at 6.30pm for 45mins at Horfield Common
