Postural Assessment and advice is carried out by Kim Ingleby, Head Coach of Energised Performance. She is a Master Trainer with Flexi Bar & Kettlebells, and has advanced training in many areas including biomechanics and postural assessment with John Gibbons, Oxford School of Osteopathy.
