Triathlon Coaching

Triathlon is the fasting growing sport in the UK with more than 10,000 athletes competing at the London Triathlon in 2006. Running is one of the easiest and cheapest sports you can do – put your shoes on and out the door!

Energised Performance promote healthy competition and work with beginners, children and age group athletes to help them record a personal best or complete their first race. If you train with us we can help you with the following areas:
