We have worked within the equestrian world, specifically Eventing for many years and hear numerous complaints from riders about sore backs, stiff legs, tiredness and long hours.  Our consultants have competed at International Three Days and worked with many international athletes, so know only too well the physical demands, and time constraints of the sport. 

We understand that the best fitness for riding, is riding. However, we also believe and guarantee that spending a short amount of time on your personal fitness and mental state off the horse will greatly enhance your ability and performance on your horse(s).

So with this belief and desire to help riders improve their ability we have developed some proven, effective workshops which we run for elite teams, riding clubs and pony club Tetrathlon teams as well as adapting for individuals. When working with us you will gain:
