The Artic Challenge……..or maybe just Skiing Snowboarding or Cross Country skiing is usually great fun for anyone who gives it a go, either as a recreation or as a serious sport. But the physical demands placed on the body – the all day exertion – not to mention the cold and other environmental factors, can test even the most experienced winter sports person.

There is nothing worse than having a great day in the snow and looking forward to the next day, then waking up on the second day to find you have great difficulty getting out of bed due to muscle soreness.

By following our training programme you will:

  • Increase muscle strength & control for moguls, turns ….
  • Reduce muscles aches, pains and injuries
  • Increase your flexibility and core control
  • Improve your speed down the slopes
  • Feel mentally prepared and have more fun
  • Be able to relax and enjoy yourself

Our sessions and courses are planned by seasoned winter sport instructors, sports therapists and ‘wild free’ boarders who live on the edge (of the slopes!)
