“As a Dancer I’m depending on my body and mind to always deliver it’s best when performing which means exercise, healthy diet and maintenance. Thank you Kim you helped me make it possible to give it 100‰ every time.”
Camilla Dallerup, Winner of Strictly Come Dancing 2008
“Kim has accompanied the Great Britain Age Group Triathlon Team as Sports Therapist, then Chief Sports Therapist at the last two World Triathlon Championships in Hamburg, Germany and Vancouver, Canada. The squad combined both the Sprint and Olympic Distance Teams with a combined total of 500+ athletes each time ranging from 20 years of age to 80+. Kim also worked with athletes giving one-to-one sessions with mental NLP Performance coaching to give them the edge. She worked as a great team player amongst the four Masseurs and other support staff, and always is prepared to put extra time in if required or if an emergency situation arises. If I was still Team Manager she would be first choice on my list of candidates.”

Relaxation Massage
In the modern world today everybody rushes around, without ever stopping. Stopping gives yourself time to reflect on how you are feeling and allows you to care for your body. You and your body are the most important things, for if you are ill or run down then you cannot work effectively, support your family or see your friends.
A Relaxation massage is a wonderful way of allowing the body and mind to calm, as well as improving circulation, muscle tone and flexibility. Relaxation massage uses a variety of techniques to relieve the tension in the muscles and let the individual feel calm. Most clients have a massage using aromatherapy oils lasting for an hour, 2-4 times a month. Relaxation massage is a wonderful gift to give to your friends or family.
“After a hard event or training session, sports massage is a great way to get you on the road to recovery and increased performance. Over the years I have used many people for sport massage therapy. All have been good but Kim would be the first I would recommend, she really knows what she is doing.”
Scott Ramsay – Extreme Competitive Mountain Biker
