We advise all our clients to consult a medical doctor before embarking on any physical activity and recognise that some individuals may not benefit from physical activity and massage.
All individual payments must be received in advance

Cheques: Made payable to “Energised Performance”
Electronic transfer of funds: please contact us for details
Cancellations for individual appointments must be made 24hrs in advance or full rate will be charged, unless special circumstances arise.
Cancellations for corporate and team bookings are as follows:
Within a month of the agreed date: 50%
Within 2 weeks of the agreed date: 80%
Within a week of the agreed date: 100%
Change of date up to 4 weeks before agreed date: £100
Corporate and Team payments must be settled within 28 days of receipt of invoice.
Energised Performance is not bound to an agreement until a signed document and initial payment is received.

Energised performance is the sole trading name for Kim Ingleby. Energised performance has full, comprehensive insurance.
