World Mental Health Day Free 'Be Kind to Yourself' Session
I feel drawn to offer this session to bring together some of the new knowledge I have learned, fused with the depth of teachings to offer support, nourishment and wellness on World Health Day. It is open to every, of all backgrounds, colours, experience and sports, you are all so welcome. The session is my free gift to your mental health & happiness, so spread the word and sign up HERE
Fusing a energised, safe space to ground yourself during these times. I will taken on a guided journey of self reflection, breath work, hypnotic language and yoga nidra to settle you into the Autumn. The session will be recorded, so you can watch back anytime.
It is recommended you have a quiet, relaxed and warm space to be in, with phone's switched off, perhaps a journal, candle, blanket and pillow. Whatever you feel drawn to bring.
