Bristol November Run Fit & Core

5 Week November Run & Core Course 

Wednesday 30th October -  Tuesday 26th November, 6.30pm - 7.15pm, Bristol Downs

Designed to get you running, fat burning and having fun with a group of like minded people, led by experienced, supportive coaches. Sessions are a mix of running, HIIT (High Intensity Training), Core Strength and Stretching.

All abilities welcomed and looked after.

Course will be limited to 6-10 people

Please make sure you have reflective outer layers, water, breathable kit, plus decent trainers and sports bra (as appropriate!) Make sure you bring any medical notes and a point of contact with you, as well as completing the forms.
