Kim is a Run, Triathlon & Equestrian Fitness Coach and Sports Therapist, so combine your mindset coaching sessions with personalised training plans to get the best results. Mind & Body Fit, Confident and Strong. 


As an athlete Kim has raced for the GB Age Group Triathlon Team, completed 6 marathons including the Transylvanian Bear Ultra, Sierra Leone Marathon & London Marathon,  Ironman UK and ridden for the U21 Scottish Three Day Eventing Team. 

She has trekked across the Andes on a horse, completed the Tough Guy, Raleigh International, Gold Duke of Edinburgh and loves adventure, challenge & fun.  She has raised over £80,000 for charity through her adventure challenges around the World to date.
