As an athlete Kim has raced for the GB Age Group Triathlon Team, completed the London & NY Marathons, Ironman UK, raised over £80,000 for charity through adventure races and ridden for the U21 Scottish Three Day Eventing Team. She has trekked across the Andes on a horse, completed the Tough Guy, Raleigh International, Gold Duke of Edinburgh and loves adventure, challenge & Fun. She regular implements her knowledge in her own training, and can personally, as well as professional recommend the benefits - both in terms of enjoyment and competition.
