If the answer is YES.... some structured 1:1 coaching, a one off programme or online coaching may just be the answer.

Our highly qualified and dedicated coaches (British Triathlon & British Athletics Advanced Level 2) will put you through your paces whilst formulating a programme specifically designed to develop your weaknesses, and enhance your strengths. This will be tailored to your competition dates and lifestyle, helping you to achieve outstanding results in your sport. We will achieve this by:

  • Monthly Coaching Programmes & support
  • One off programmes for specific events
  • Tailored strength, core and functional exercises for your sport
  • Flexibilitiy, balance and injury prevention exercises
  • Neuromuscular performance with specific kit
  • Nutritional Guidance and Support
  • Goal setting & mental strength tips
  • Race day advice and kit lists for first time racers

We work with a wide variety of sports, and we are very confident we can improve your physical performance, and mental ability. We also have a group of athletes who race for Team Energised – if you are interested in joining our team please contact us.
